About TCFC

The Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) is a public nonprofit corporation created to assist the Housing Authority of Travis County in developing, acquiring, and financing affordable housing. TCFC serves as the primary development arm for new construction projects and property acquisitions.

What we do

TCFC develops and operates affordable housing communities, applies for and manages Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), issues bonds for housing development, and partners with other organizations to expand affordable housing options in Travis County.
