Advocate
The RAB advocates for the rights and needs of public housing residents. Members represent fellow residents in discussions with HATC management about policies, programs, and services that affect their quality of life. Through the RAB, residents have a direct voice in the decisions that impact their community.
Collaborate
The RAB collaborates closely with HATC leadership and staff to improve housing conditions and community services. By working together, RAB members and housing authority staff develop creative solutions to shared challenges, identify new opportunities for residents, and ensure that community needs are met effectively.
Communicate
The RAB serves as a key communication link between residents and HATC. Board members share important updates, gather feedback from fellow residents, and ensure transparent two-way communication. This open dialogue helps keep the community informed and ensures that resident concerns are heard and addressed promptly.
